In employment law, Florian Leander Ziegler assists both sides of the employment relationship – from drafting contracts through formal warnings and dismissals to separation agreements and proceedings before the labor court. In corporate and contract law, he advises companies on formation, contract drafting and disputes arising in day-to-day business.
His advice is designed to assess a situation in a way clients can follow and to set out the available options together with their commercial consequences – including where litigation is not the faster route. Before his admission to the bar, he spent three years as a research advisor for domestic and legal policy to a parliamentary group in the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament (Landtag) and knows first-hand how legislation comes into being.
